• Commercial use (e.g., advertising, resale, or promotional purposes) is not allowed unless you receive written permission and/or purchase a commercial license.

2. Digital Downloads

• Purchased photos are delivered via digital download.

• Downloads are final — no refunds are provided once a file has been downloaded.

3. Prints (If Offered)

• Prints are fulfilled by a third-party lab. We are not responsible for shipping delays, damages, or errors caused by the print lab.

4. Payments

• Payments are processed securely through third-party providers. We do not store your payment details.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of our photos.

• Alter the photos in a way that misrepresents the work (e.g., removing watermarks, using in offensive or illegal content).

6. Termination

We reserve the right to revoke licenses and block access if terms are violated.
